Living room with two dark brown armchairs, a matching ottoman, and patterned throw pillows, flanked by two white table lamps on either side, a white sideboard with decorative glass jars and candles, large window with cream curtains, and a beige shaggy rug.

The client came to us with a clear desire: “I want something that reflects the room, but doesn’t disappear into it.” From that spark, this custom mirrored sideboard took form.

The mirrored panels catch light and movement, opening up the space with grace. But it’s the sculptural overlay, hand-cut, hand-finished, slightly softened in tone, that sets the rhythm. A repeating elliptical motif nods to Art Deco without imitation. The finish was carefully calibrated: not bright, not flat, just enough patina to feel grounded.

This isn’t a piece that shouts for attention. But it holds your eye. Like all meaningful furniture, it becomes part of the room’s memory.

It was designed to anchor, reflect, and elevate, not just serve.
